OMAHA, NE: 1 dead, 3 hurt in northwest Omaha crash on Tuesday, 20th June 2023

A 38-year-old was killed as the result of a Tuesday afternoon crash involving two vehicles west of 108th Street on West Maple Road.

Emergency personnel transported Kasia L. Richardson from the scene with life-saving measures in progress by Omaha Fire Department paramedics. Richardson was declared dead shortly upon arrival at the CHI Health Creighton UMC-Bergan Mercy, according to a news release issued by Omaha Police on Tuesday night.

Three teen siblings ages 13-17 were also transported to Nebraska Medicine from the scene. The 17-year-old driver suffered a leg fracture; the other two teens, ages 13 and 15, were treated for minor injuries, the OPD release states.
