Warrensburg, NY : One man killed and other person was injured in motorcycle and pickup truck crash on Sunday October 5th 2014.

Police say one man has died and another is hospitalized after their motorcycles were hit by a pickup truck avoiding another vehicle on a southeastern Adirondack road. The Warren County Sheriff's Office says a 57-year-old man was driving his pickup on a Route 9 in the town of Warrensburg late Sunday afternoon when an 84-year-old woman drove her car into his path from a side road. The pickup driver swerved into oncoming traffic and hit two motorcycles traveling in a group of five bikers. Police say 45-year-old Gary Hennel of Gloversville was ejected from his bike. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The 53-year-old Gloversville man driving the other motorcycle suffered non-life-threatening injuries and is at Albany Medical Center.
