LAS VEGAS, NV : DUI suspect faces charges for crash injuring correction on Wednesday, 5th June 2024

The driver accused of a wrong-way crash that left a Nevada Department of Corrections officer seriously injured and closed a portion of U.S. 95 for several hours north of Las Vegas is facing several charges.According to Clark County Detention Center records, Donovan Garcia Moreno, 31, faces charges of DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm, reckless driving resulting in substantial bodily harm, driving without a driver’s license, and driving the wrong way on a one-way road.
