Ambulance, vehicle collide head-on in Ohio crash

Authorities say an ambulance and a vehicle have collided in a head-on crash in central Ohio.

The State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred Tuesday along state Route 142 and U.S. Route 40 shortly after 2 p.m. near West Jefferson.
