Aiken, SC : 35-year-old man faces DUI and other charges after SUV crashed into the Margaret J.Weston Medical Center in Aiken on Friday morning, February 27, 2015

A man is facing DUI charges after crashing into a medical center early Friday morning in Aiken, South Carolina.

James Ford, 35, was driving on Highway 421 when he ran off the right shoulder, overcorrected, crossed the road, and smashed into the Margaret J. Weston Medical Center, according to what he told police. Ford was not injured in the crash.

The accident happened around 6:30 a.m. and was cleared within an hour.

The Aiken County Sheriff's Office say Ford is facing DUI and other charges.
