Tullahoma, TN : Man killed after struck 3 times by cars on Friday October 30 2015

A Tullahoma man was killed Friday night after being struck three separate times by vehicles on North Jackson Street, according to a report by Tullahoma Police Dept. Sgt. Robert Weaver.
The victim was identified as Jeffrey Lynn Eddy, 49, of East Grizzard Street.
According to the report, around 7:30 p.m. Friday, Layla Brooke Jacobs, 22, of Wilson Avenue, was traveling north on North Jackson Street and as she attempted to enter the turning lane onto.West Blackwell Street she hit Eddy. The report states that Jacobs told Weaver that she did not see the man.
Eddy was then struck by a car operated by Steven Anthony Miller, 21, of Russell Street, Manchester, according to the report. Miller was traveling south on North Jackson Street.
Angela Catherine Wade, 45, of South Jackson Street, was traveling behind the Miller’s vehicle and also struck Eddy. Wade told Sgt. Weaver that she ran over something that fell from the Miller vehicle, but she did not know that it was a person.
Jacobs was charged with financial responsibility violation. The other drivers were not charged, according to the report.
