TUKWILA, WA : Driver critically injured after wrong-way head-on crash in Tukwila on Monday, 11th March 2024

A driver was critically injured after driving into the wrong lanes on state Route 599 and striking another car head-on Monday morning.

The incident happened just north of Interurban Avenue in Tukwila about 3 a.m.

A car traveling southbound on SR 599 crossed into the northbound lanes, hitting another car, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson.
