Monroe, OH : 44 year-old man killed in a Single-car crash on Hamilton-Lebanon Road in Monroe on Sunday morning, November 16, 2014

A man died in a single-vehicle car crash early Sunday morning in Butler County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Tommy Christopher David, 44, of Middletown lost control of his 1999 Chrysler Cirrus while driving westbound on State Route 63 at 6:13 a.m., troopers said. David's car slid off the right side of the road and down a hill before hitting a fence and tree. David was pronounced dead at the crash scene just outside of Monroe near Heritage Green Drive.
