Monroe, NC : Two people were injured in head-on collision at Morgan Mill Road On Tuesday, July 12th, 2016

Two people went to the hospital following a head-on collision in Union County Tuesday morning.

It happened just before 6:30 a.m. on Morgan Mill Road.

One of the drivers was pinned and freed a short time later. The condition of the people injured is unknown.

State Highway Patrol is investigating.
