Police charged a man with DUII and reckless driving after an accident that closed the top deck of the Marquam Bridge on Tuesday morning. Police said Bryan Scott Lemont, 30, was driving an SUV that crashed into a semi on the top deck of the bridge just after 2:30 a.m. Northbound lanes of I-5 were diverted to I-405 until about 5:45 a.m. while police worked to clean up the accident.
