Northeast Dallas, TX : 27-year-old woman facing intoxication manslaughter charge after crash that killed passenger on Thursday, 26th November, 2020

A 27-year-old woman is facing an intoxication manslaughter charge after a crash Thursday morning in northeast Dallas that killed her 33-year-old passenger.

Stephania Ruiz, 33, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, who has not been identified, was taken to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas and found to be under the influence of alcohol, police said.
