Central Islip, NY : Driver sought in hit-and-run death on Long Island on Sunday, November 9, 2014

Police are looking for a driver responsible for the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian on Long Island. Suffolk County Police say Lorenzo Fuentes was walking eastbound on Motor Parkway at Highland Road in Central Islip just before 5 a.m. Sunday when he was struck by a vehicle that fled. The 64-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are looking for a silver metallic, late model Dodge or Chrysler with damage to the front and passenger side.
