NEWBURG, WV : Portion of WV Route 92 closed due to major wreck on Monday, November 21st, 2016

According to reports from the Preston County Sheriff's Office, there an accident with possible entrapment on West Virginia Route 92 near Scotch Hill has forced authorities to close the roadway.The Preston County Office of Emergency Management/9-1- Center said WV Rt. 92 in Newburg, from Scotch Hill to the South Preston Jiffy Mart is closed to traffic in both directions as of 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 21.Crews from the Newburg Volunteer Fire Department, the Tunnelton Volunteer Fire Department and the Fellowsville Volunteer Fire Department as well as West Virginia State Police and Preston County Sheriff's Deputies are on the scene.
