Koloa, HI : A hit and run crash in Koloa on Friday, 1st March 2019

Police have arrested the driver believed to be involved in a hit-and-run crash that occurred early Friday morning in Koloa, which resulted in the death of a pedestrian. Police have identified the pedestrian as 31-year-old Lenson Perez of Kaua‘i. Perez had no known address at the time of his death. At approximately 5:30 a.m., police were called to Ala Kinoiki Road, in the area south of Kaua'i Christian Fellowship church,
