MARTINSBURG, WV : Tractor-trailers crash on I-81 on Tuesday, 27th March 2018

Two tractor-trailers crashed late Tuesday afternoon on the northbound side of I-81, just north of the Potomac River Bridge at the 1.5-mile marker, police said in a press release.
Both trucks caught fire, but two drivers were able to exit the vehicles safely, according to the Maryland State Police.
One driver was treated for arm burns at the scene, police said.
Northbound traffic on I-81 was diverted at exit 1 at Lappans Road.
Emergency crews arrived scene at about 5 p.m, including Washington County Emergency Services and Maryland State Police.
Fire companies responding to the accident included Fairplay Volunteer Co., Williamsport Volunteer Fire Co. and Halfway Fire Co.
Vehicles from the Berkeley County Emergency Ambulance and the Bedington Fire Company also responded to the call.
State Police identified the trucks as a 2011 Freightliner and a 2016 Wabash. One tractor-trailer was carrying a refrigerant and the other carrying items for Home Depot.
