A teenage boy was injured early Monday afternoon when the car he was driving hit a utility pole and flipped over a retaining wall and landed on its roof off Berry Street.
The driver was able to get out of the vehicle by himself and was taken to Hasbro Children’s Hospital, the fire department said.
The accident was reported about 12:20 p.m. National Grid responded to the accident to repair the pole
No other information was available Monday night.
