Fort Collins, CO: Serious injuries in two-vehicle rollover crassh on Saturday, July 18th 2015
A two-vehicle rollover crash on West Drake Road hospitalized three people Saturday night and prompted a six-hour road closure in west Fort Collins.Emergency crews responded to the crash about 11:40 p.m. on Drake Road near the intersection with Yorkshire Street, where a westbound 2012 Ford Escape slammed into the back of a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Lt. Kevin Cronin with Fort Collins police said at the scene. The area is about one-half mile west of the intersection of Taft Hill Road.The impact of the crash caused both vehicles to rotate clockwise and roll onto their roofs.The driver of the Ford was identified Sunday morning as 34-year-old Jeffrey Bostic, of Fort Collins. He was ejected from the vehicle and later taken to Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland with serious injuries.
