Boy, 15, dies after Pasadena hit-and-run; Girl, 13, injured

Joe Wolfe, who lives in the area, said he pulled up not long after the crash happened and found a 15- year-old boy unconscious and a 13-year-old girl who was also injured. He then called police and stayed with the teens until help arrived.
