OGDEN, UT : Multiple people were injured in a crash on May, Monday, 22nd 2017

Multiple people were injured in a crash at 20th Street and Wall Avenue in Ogden Monday night, police say.

At 5:34 p.m. Monday, emergency personnel were called to multiple-vehicle crash the intersection of Wall Avenue and 20th Street, Weber County emergency dispatchers confirmed. Five vehicles were involved in the crash, and multiple people were taken to the hospital in serious to critical condition, Ogden Police Department Lt. Danielle Croyle said. Croyle didn’t specify the number of people who were injured.

One person is in custody in connection to the crash, Croyle said.

At 6:53 p.m., OPD reported the the intersection was open to traffic.

OPD, Ogden Fire Department and Utah Highway Patrol responded to the crash.
