Las Vegas, NV : A person in a tree trimming basket was injured this afternoon after the vehicle he was working out of was hit by a truck in southeast Las Vegas on May 9th 2014
One person was critically injured when a lift truck they were using was hit by a vehicle in southeast Las Vegas on Friday.
The crash happened at 12:22 p.m. at 3700 E. Crellin Circle, near the intersection of South Sandhill Road and East Russell Road.
A spokesperson for Las Vegas Metro police said the man was in the basket of the lift truck when it was hit by another truck. The man was taken to Sunrise Hospital in critical condition, according to the spokesperson.
Jennifer Schuricht, spokeswoman for NV Energy, said the man was a contractor and doing tree-trimming work for the utility company.
