Hannibal, MO : Three people injured in head-on crash between van and car at St. Mary’s Avenue and James Road on Thursday morning, January 28, 2016

A nearly head-on collision involving a 16-passenger van and a passenger car in Hannibal Thursday morning reportedly resulted in injuries to three people.
The mishap happened shortly before 9 a.m. at St. Mary’s Avenue and James Road.
According to preliminary information, the van was southbound on St. Mary’s when the car attempted to turn onto James Road and in so doing pulled into the van’s path.
At least one person was transported from the scene by Marion County Ambulance with minor injuries. One other injured person declined treatment.
Fire personnel helped provide EMS services and dealt with leaking fluids.
