A school bus driver has pleaded guilty to leaving four children unattended on the vehicle, which drifted across a road and hit a bus stop.
Sixty-one-year-old Arturo Roberto Harris of Clinton pleaded guilty to leaving an unattended child and reckless endangerment in Prince George's County Circuit Court on Monday.
Prosecutors say on April 7, Harris left four children on a school bus to use the restroom at High Point High School in Beltsville. Police said the bus drifted across Powder Mill Road, then hit an elementary school-aged child waiting at a bus stop
