One Dead In Log Truck Accident Near Perry Florida

We now know the names of the drivers involved in a deadly crash in our area.The fatal accident caused a local highway to shut down after a head on collision involving an SUV and semi truck.The accident happened before 6 p.m. yesterday evening in Perry.Florida Highway Patrol says the driver of the SUV, 27-year-old Casey Bergman, was heading west on US 98 when she traveled into another lane crashing into 44-year-old William Murphy's semi truck and causing it to flip over.Bergman was pronounced dead at the scene, and Murphy was reported unharmed.FHP is still investigating why Bergman swerved into the other lane.
