WILCOX, MO : Early morning crash injures driver near Wilcox on Wednesday, 29th January, 2020

A Kansas man was injured when he lost control on snow and his vehicle overturned early Wednesday morning.According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Ernesto Velasco-Camacho, 38, of Kansas City, Kansas, was headed north on U.S. Highway 71 around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday when he lost control of his 2007 Nissan Frontier on the snow-covered roadway about a mile north of Wilcox. His pickup truck traveled off the east side of the highway, struck an embankment and overturned, coming to rest on the passenger side.
