Franklin, N.H : Driver seriously injured after crash involving tractor-trailer in Franklin on Friday, January 30, 2015

One person was seriously injured Friday morning in a crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer in Franklin.

Fire officials said the crash happened on South Main Street. The road was snow-covered, and driving conditions were very slippery.

Both vehicles were extensively damaged. The driver of the car was found unconscious and had to be extricated from the vehicle. The driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The two people in the tractor-trailer were not injured.
