LEXINGTON, KY : Coroner identifies pedestrian hit and killed in Lexington on Monday, 23rd October 2023

The Fayette County Coroner identified the victim hit and killed Monday night.

The victim was identified as 60-year-old Trina Gail Tolson.

The crash happened on Winchester Road near East Loudon Avenue.

Police say they were called to 1100 block of Winchester Road around 8:26 p.m. about a pedestrian crash with injuries.
