Joppa, MD : 19-year-old Abingdon man died after a crash into a box truck in Harford County on Friday evening, Nov 20, 2015

A 19-year-old Abingdon man died Friday evening after his 2009 Toyota Camry crashed into a box truck in Joppa, the Harford County Sheriff's Office said.

Justin Daniel Robinson of Abingdon was driving south on Old Joppa Road at about 5:53 p.m. when the car apparently crossed the center line into the path of a box truck near Janice Court, officials said. The Maryland State Police flew Robinson to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he later died from his injuries, officials said.

A 19-year-old male passenger in the car was treated and released from a hospital. A 15-year-old female passenger in the car remains in stable condition, officials said. The truck driver was evaluated and released from the scene, officials said.
