Richmond, VA : Victims identified in separate fatal crashes in Chesterfield and Caroline on Wednesday, 14th March 2018

State police are investigating two separate fatal crashes that occurred Wednesday in Caroline and Chesterfield counties.

The Caroline crash, which involved four vehicles, occurred about 7 p.m. on Ladysmith Road (state Route 639), about a quarter-mile west of Bridlewood Lane, police said.

According to the preliminary investigation, a 2000 Toyota Tacoma driven by Thomas O. Blair, 63, of Ruther Glen was traveling west on Ladysmith when it crossed over the center line and struck head-on a 2008 GMC Yukon driven by Charlene N. Morris of Ruther Glen.
