Houston, TX : One person was killed in a car crash on Saturday, October, 14th 2017

At least one person was killed Saturday in a car crash on the Southwest Freeway, local television stations report.
Police arrived to the crash sometime around 12 p.m. near Elgin. Officers and emergency officials blocked two right lanes during the investigation.
A pedestrian was reportedly killed as a result. No other information was available.
