ATLANTA, GA : 1 killed, 6 injured in crash that shut down I-75 South in Atlanta on Saturday, 28th September 2024

All lanes on I-75 southbound in Atlanta are back open after a deadly crash shut down the interstate for several hours, according to Georgia State Patrol (GSP).

One person was killed and six others were injured in the crash.

The crash, which involved seven vehicles, happened shortly after 1:30 p.m. on the interstate at Northside Drive and Howell Mill Road.

The crash happened when all of the vehicles involved driving in the same lane on the interstate.
