A pedestrian is dead after being involved in a two-vehicle wreck in Limestone County.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the accident happened at 7:49 p.m. and has caused all laned on AL 99 near Sugar Way to be closed for an undetermined amount of time.
Limestone County Coroner Mike West has identified the female pedestrian as Amber Lynn Lankster, 39, of Athens. At this time the condition of the drivers are unknown.
