Frankfort, KY : A severe motorcycle crash on Sunday, August 27, 2017

A severe motorcycle crash was reported on Aug. 27 on U.S. Hwy. 25E near Faith Temple Church. Bell County Dispatch reported that two people were injured, one of them was reportedly airlifted for their injuries.

Bell County Sheriff’s Deputy Max Graves is in charge of the investigation and Bell County EMS, Bell County Rescue Squad and the Bell County Volunteer Fire Department all responded to the scene.

Two inmates of the Bell County Forestry Camp escaped on Aug. 27 at 6:15 p.m.

The two escapees are identified as Jason Norris and Anthony Drury. Norris was currently serving a 50-year sentence out of Adair and Cumberland Counties. He would have been eligible for parole in 2029.

Norris is described a Caucasian with red/auburn hair, 6 feet 2 inches and 180 pounds.

Drury was serving a 20-year sentence out of Lincoln County and would have been eligible for parole in 2020. Drury is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 11 inches, blue eyed with red hair and 160 pounds.
