Calhoun County, IA : Drivers walk away from semi crash on U.S. Highway 20 in Calhoun County on Thursday, 9th January, 2020

A semitrailer versus car crash on U.S. Highway 20 in Calhoun County left a sedan driver with a possible concussion Thursday morning.A New Co-op semi turning west onto the highway from Xenia Avenue was rear-ended by a Chevrolet Impala as it gained speed around 9:45 a.m., according to Iowa State Patrol Trooper Paul Gardner. The driver of the Impala, Taylor Nelson of Otho, 24, was transported by ambulance to UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge for a non-life-threatening concussion.

The two occupants in the semi had no injuries.
