Jacksonville, FL : Interstate 95 at Emerson closed due to crash with injuries and down light pole on Sunday September 7th 2014

All nothound lanes of Interstate-95 at Emerson Street are open after a crash with injuries. FHP says a car ran off the road and hit a light pole.
