CASTELLA, CA : Big rig crash closed one lane of I-5 in Shasta County on Monday, 11th November 2024

A big rig crash shut down one lane of Interstate 5 in Shasta County Monday night.

The crash happened around 5 p.m. Monday on southbound Interstate 5 near Flume Creek Road south of Castella. Viewer Leki Villar shared a video of the scene showing the trailer crashed off the side of the road.

The CHP said no one was injured and no other cars were involved. All lanes are back open
