Authorities have closed a portion of U.S. 23 in central Ohio after a pedestrian was struck and killed. The Pickaway County Sheriff's Office says the accident near Circleville happened shortly after 5:30 a.m. Wednesday. Investigators say the accident involved one car and the driver stayed at the scene.
