Dundalk, MD : Dundalk pedestrian in fatal accident identified on Tuesday, 3rd December, 2019

A driver is in custody after a fatal accident that resulted in the death of a Dundalk teenager.

According to Baltimore County Police, just after 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 3, a 2006 Nissan Altima driving north on Delvale Avenue drove onto the sidewalk. The driver then struck a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk. The pedestrian has been identified as Trinity Lynn Brooks, 15, of the 1800 Block of East Avenue in Dundalk. Brooks was later pronounced dead by Baltimore County Fire personnel.

The driver of the Altima was taken into custody. The driver's identity will be released once the driver has been formally charged.
