Pocatello, ID : Pocatello woman injured in I-84 crash on April, Tuesday 11th 2017

On Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at approximately 4:51 P.M., Idaho State Police Investigated a two vehicle injury crash, on Interstate 84 near milepost 194, in Jerome County.Bianca Gallegos, age 27, of Pocatello, ID, was driving eastbound on I84 in a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass. James Wilson, age 61, of Federal Way, WA, was also driving eastbound in a 2007 Peterbilt. Wilson failed to yield to slower traffic and collided with the rear of the 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass. The Cutlass was pushed into the guard rail and came to rest in the right lane of travel. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

Gallegos was transported by ground ambulance to St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, ID.

The right eastbound lane of travel was blocked for approximately one and a half hours.
