Interstate 10 in W. Phoenix reopens after crash
An accident closed westbound Interstate 10 at 59th Avenue for over an hour Saturday night.The Department of Public Safety says the accident involved two vehicles, including a semi-truck that jackknifed.
DPS says the collision involved injuries but didn’t know the extent of the injuries or if anyone was taken to the hospital.
The Arizona Department of Transportation says traffic on westbound I-10 was taken off at 59th Avenue and let back on at the 59th Avenue on-ramp.The roadway reopened just before 9:45 p.m.
