Burlington, VT: One man was struck at the intersection of Shelburne Road and Home Avenue on Monday evening, 17th November 2014

A hit-and-run is under investigation in Burlington Monday night. Police say a man was struck at the intersection of Shelburne Road and Home Avenue around 5:30 p.m. Witnesses say the victim was using the cross walk correctly when he was hit. He was taken to the University of Vermont Medical Center with minor injuries. Authorities say the suspect is a heavy-set white male who was driving a dark green sedan.
