A portion of Diamond Head Road is reopened after a car crashed into a utility pole Saturday afternoon.
Officials say a car allegedly drove into a utility pole causing it to lean near Leahi Beach Park and Coconut Ave around 3:15 p.m. Only one vehicle was involved, according to HPD.
Power was restored to approximately 245 Hawaiian Electric customers around 7:40 p.m.
Police officials closed Diamond Head Rd. in both directions between Leahi Beach Park and Coconut Ave. shortly before 4 p.m. Roads were reopened around 7:48 p.m.
No injuries were reported, according to HPD.
