GERMAN TOWNSHIP, OH : Victim identified in deadly crash on S.R. 725 on Tuesday, March 21st 2017

One person is dead after a crash on S.R. 725.

The crash happened in the 15000 block on 725 just before 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Dallas Boggs, 39, of Middletown.

Police say Boggs was driving east on 725 when he ran off the road, drove through a field and hit a tree.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was in the car.

Police say speed could be a factor in the crash. Alcohol and drugs are not believed to be factors in the crash.

The cause is under investigation.
