KISSIMMEE, FL : 2 dead, 3 hospitalized after Christmas Eve crash in Osceola County on Saturday, 25th December 2021

Two people have died after a Christmas Eve crash in Osceola County.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, it happened just before 5 a.m. on US-192 and Vineland Road.Officials said a 2017 Kia crashed directly into the Golden Link Hotel.

A total of five people were in the vehicle.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene and three were taken to Osceola Regional Hospital.

"I came right away. When I came the bodies were still you know in the parking lot," Carmen Menendez, manager of the Golden Link Hotel, told WESH 2. "All the police and everybody from the rooms were outside and there were two dead."

According to FHP, a 31-year-old woman and an 18-year-old woman died in the crash.
