Montrose, CO : Severe injuries in second Delta crash on Tuesday, February 7th 2017

Two people sustained serious bodily injury in a Tuesday evening crash near Delta, the second severe crash there in two days.

A 17-year-old boy from Delta apparently proceeded through the intersection of D Road and U.S. 50 in his 2004 Chevy and struck an oncoming 2014 Kia Sorento driven by Patricia Nickel Campbell, 58, of Delta, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
