LAS VEGAS, NV : 1 dead after single-vehicle crash at Cheyenne, 5th Street in North Las Vegas on Wednesday, 13th September 2023

One person is dead after a single-vehicle crash in North Las Vegas Wednesday morning, according to police.

Investigators say an Acura SUV vehicle that was heading north on 5th Street at a high rate of speed when it went off the road near Cheyenne Avenue just before 3 a.m.

The vehicle traveled into a dirt construction lot, where it rolled over several times, causing the driver to be ejected from the car.

That driver, identified as a male adult in his early 20s and the sole occupant inside, was pronounced dead at the scene.
