Naperville, IL : Man accused of leaving River West car crash at 900 block of Amberwood Circle in Naperville on Friday, 21st February, 2020

The driver accused of crashing his BMW and leaving the scene without calling for help for his critically injured passengers appeared in court briefly Friday morning.
Philip Cho, 28, of the 900 block of Amberwood Circle in Naperville, is charged with speeding, failing to report an accident with injuries and failing to notify authorities of damage to his unattended vehicle following the Sept. 13 crash.
Cho posted bail, which was set at $200,000. He is prohibited from driving and is under a daily 24-hour curfew except for work. He is listed as manager of a moving and storage company, according to court records.
