Man Killed In Louisville Crash

A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Louisville early Tuesday morning.

Police say the driver lost control at the intersection of 24th Street and Magazine Street and hit a parked car. The vehicle continued at high speed for nearly a block before slamming into a utility pole. The car then rolled into a yard and hit the front porch of a home. EMS took the driver to the University of Louisville Hospital where he later died.

Police have not released the name of the victim, but say he was in his early 50s.
