Compton, CA : 24-year-old motorcyclist killed in a four-vehicle crash at The northbound side of the interstate on Tuesday, April 26th, 2016

Northbound traffic is moving again on Interstate 710 in Compton after being shut down following a four-vehicle crash that killed a 24-year-old motorcyclist.

The California Highway Patrol says no other injuries were reported in the crash shortly before 1 a.m. Tuesday.

The northbound side of the interstate was shut for more than four hours, backing up traffic for miles.

Three lanes were reopened in time for the morning commute.

The deceased man's name was withheld pending family notification.
