A Wyoming woman was killed in an motor vehicle accident in Greeley County on Saturday after driving off the road and flipping her vehicle.

Gayla Fae Rutledge, 56, was westbound on Kansas Highway 96 in a four-door 1997 Subaru at around 1 p.m. when she veered onto the right shoulder of the road, overcorrected and drove into the left ditch where her vehicle rolled over and came to a rest, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

No others were involved in the accident. Rutledge was not wearing a seat belt.
