SANDOWN, N.H : Massachusetts man injured in dirt bike cash on Thursday evening July 24th 2014

A Massachusetts man suffered serious injuries in a dirt bike crash in Sandown, according to authorities.

Fish and Game officials said the 26-year-old victim crashed his bike on the Rockingham Recreational trail on Thursday around 6 p.m.

He suffered serious injuries to his upper body and was flown to a Boston hospital.

Officials said it appears that speed and inexperience were factors in the crash.
